【2000.11.06】マレーシアでのパッケージ

　前回Johnさんに質問された、私がマレーシアで貰っていたパッケージ（条件）を連絡した。これを基準に、どのようなパッケージが用意されるのだろう。何しろ、日本人を台湾で雇うのは、L社にとって初めてのことなのである。

In case of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, company provided me a condominium which has 3 bed room with furniture( TV, VTR, AirCon, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, etc.), and the cost was RMX,500/ month = US$ XXX/ month (company pay).

Further more the company provided me a company car for the transportation. At the same time the Shell Card for gasoline which charged to company was provided.

Actually I would like to work for L-company forever if the matching between me and L-company were best. But at first 3 year is good for me.

I was a Advisor in Penang and a Manager in Kuala Lumpur even though my title of Japan was Assit.Manager . I think that I must be promoted as Manager in Japan in next April, in the case I should be Senior Manager or above if I were in Malaysia. So I would like to ask you to consider this point.

The earliest I can join L-company by considering current condition especially job in here, might be after Chinese New Year means that since 1st Feb.2001. However I would prefer if you can allow me to join since 1st April 2001.

I had no chance to pass my copy of passport and certification of University last time in Taiwan. And I already had Job certification by H. Please let me know when I need to send them to you.

The joining to L-company is a big challenge for me and a big chance for me, too. However it also has some risks because I must leave my country Japan without belonging any Japanese company. Therefore I must minimize the risk as much as I can especially for my family.

従って、最低でも年収US$ XXX は貰いたいと思います。

家に関しては、クアラルンプールの場合、会社が3ベッドルーム、家具付き（TV、VTR、エアコン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、電子レンジなど）の家を用意してくれました。その家賃は毎月RM X,500/ month = US$ XXX/ month で会社持ちです。

更に、会社は通勤のためにクルマを用意してくれました。と同時に、ガソリンのシェルカードも与えられていました。すべて会社持ちです。

ROCって何ですか？

実際のところ、私はもし相性がベストであればL社でずっと働きたいと思っています。しかし、最初は3年が妥当だと思います。

タイトルに関してですが、日本での職位は係長でしたが、ペナンではアドバイザー、KLではマネージャーでした。来年の4月には日本で課長に昇格する筈ですので、もし私がマレーシアにいたならシニアマネージャー以上になっているでしょう。従って、この点を考慮してください。

入社の時期ですが、現在のここでの仕事の状況を考えると最も早くても中国正月明け、いわゆる2月1日でしょう。しかしながら、出来るなら4月1日付けにして頂いた方が都合がいいです。

ドキュメントに関して、パスポートのコピーと卒業証明書の原本を前回台湾に行った時に渡す機会がありませんでした。また、H社からの在籍証明書入手済みです。いつ、これらを送らなければならないのか教えてください。

パッケージですが、我々にとって非常に重要な事です。特に、私が前に記した以下の内容に関して充分に配慮頂ければ大変感謝いたします。
